Participant Guidelines for Competitions
To participate in a competition, please:
- Read the Terms and Conditions.
- Review all documents related to the competition and the Prize.
- Seek professional advice if needed.
- Understand that participating in a competition without taking normal precautions is at your own risk.
- By entering a competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which govern your relationship with Glamour and Gamble.
- Ensure that you are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in such competitions is unlawful.
Competition Entry
Competitions are organized by Glamour and Gamble. For contact details, please refer to our website.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Employees and those directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Make sure your contact details are accurate. To enter, select the number of tickets, answer a skill-based question, and pay for the tickets.
- Your entry is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us. Each order allows only one answer, applicable to all tickets in that order.
- Postal Entry Submission Conditions:
- Entrants must be registered users with a verified email and mobile number.
- Postal Entries are free and not available for purchase.
- Submit your user ID and answer (A, B, C, or D) on a postcard and mail it to the specified address.
- Only one entry per postcard is allowed. Entries must be received at least 72 hours before the competition end date.
- Late entries will not be included in the draw.
Additional Conditions
- Ensure your Postal Entry details are clear and legible.
- We reserve the right to reject entries that do not meet requirements.
- Glamour and Gamble is not responsible for postal delays or lost entries.
- Entries not complying with these terms will be excluded.
- Entries will be canceled if payment is charged back or reversed.
- The competition closes on the date specified on our website, but we may extend the closing date up to three times, not exceeding 30 days in total.
- By entering, you confirm your eligibility to participate and claim any prizes.
Prizes
- Winners will be drawn randomly from correct answers within 14 days of the competition closing.
- Winners will be notified by email and prizes sent to the provided address.
- If contact cannot be made, the prize will lapse, and a substitute winner may be chosen.
- Prizes will be as specified on our website.
- No cash alternatives are available.
- Winners outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
- Prizes are provided “as is” without any guarantees of quality or suitability.
Winners
- Correct answers will be entered into the draw for that competition.
- Glamour and Gamble will contact the winner to confirm their identity and eligibility.
- Winners must confirm their prize choice within five days of notification.
- Failure to comply with any requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
- Winners must provide photographs and/or videos for promotional use by Glamour and Gamble, but they can refuse in writing before publication.
Acceptance and Disputes
- All participants agree that Glamour and Gamble’s decisions are final.
- Accepting the prize confirms that it is as advertised and forfeits any right to dispute or claim compensation.
Liability
- Nothing in this agreement limits liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud, or anything legally unavoidable.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control or indirect losses.
- You are liable for any foreseeable loss or damage from breaching this agreement or misusing our service.
General Terms
- All competition-related decisions are final.
- Winners are selected using a third-party random number generator.
- We may cancel the competition and refund payments at any time.
- This agreement is governed by United Kingdom law, and disputes will be resolved in the United Kingdom courts.
- If there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Glamour and Gamble may exclude you from future competitions and ban you from using our website.
- We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend any competition as necessary.
Website Usage

- These terms replace previous versions and may be updated by posting revised terms on our website.
- Do not use our website to breach laws, send junk mail, disrupt services, or gain unauthorized access.
